Visual Stories
I’m Ellen Zucker, an artist drawn to the dialogue between surface and story, presence and absence. My work is layered—physically and emotionally—built through time, texture, and mixed media.
In each painting, I invite you to find your own meaning. Figures may appear or dissolve; colors may speak in whispers or make loud statements. I am open in my Berkeley studio by appointment and at East Bay Open Studios in the fall and spring.
